so I did this this morning and it took me around an hour. I was surprised how much easier it got as I went through it. I couldn’t do all the crunches because my back really started to hurt, so I did what I could for each number. I really think I need to get my back looked at or something. Anyway, the run was definitely the hardest, but it is also 91 degrees out, so I think that was the only real problem. I thought it would be a lot harder, but it wasn’t at all and I’m really proud of myself for doing it.
